Science - muscles and our skeleton

Lesson: Science

Class: Mrs Pickering - Bassenthwaite Year: 2020 - 2021

Last week in science we learnt about voluntary and involuntary muscles. We tested our knee reflex and we completed an investigation to see how many times we blinked in 1 minute. At the end of our lesson we had a competition to see how long we could manage to not blink for. 
 

This week we learnt about the skeleton and the purpose of the skeleton. We enjoyed building our own skeletons and thinking about what each part of the skeleton does.
