Class 6 RE - Love

Class: Church Links & RE Year: 2018 - 2019

Class 6 have been enjoying using the prayer space today. A big thank you to all who have made blankets, this means we can use the area in the colder months. We are still in need of some more.

We explored the idea of love today. 

Question - What is love? 

William - A very powerful emotion that is inside of you.

Lexi - One of the most powerful things on earth.

Abby - Friendship. 

Sophia - Something you feel when you meet someone.

Isla - Kindness.

Elizabeth - Caring for each other.

Harry - Showing someone you really like them. 

After discussing this question, the children thought about the people they love. They wrote their names on a post it and held it close while we reflected on the words from St Paul.

Question - Where do you store love? 

Zara - In your heart.

Lexi - A heart is the shape that represents love and you think of them in your heart. 

Libby - It is in your heart.
