Mapping Out Some Geography Skills

Class: Mr Carruthers - Derwentwater Year: 2018 - 2019

In Geography, we have been learning about different kinds of maps, what they do, and how to use them.

We are tying this in to our Kensuke's Kingdom and Survival Theme.

After learning about the maps; we designed our own Ordinance Survey, Road, Political, and Climate Maps.  We then had some fun activities trying to put all the maps together.

I hope all these skills might help; if we got lost on a desert island........(to be continued!)
