Collective worship committee - 13.1.20

Class: Church Links & RE Year: 2019 - 2020

Mr Beattie led the assembly. The theme of this assembly was endurance. Ffion went to the front and Mr Beattie told her to cut his tie in half. This was to see if Ffion had enough trust and courage to do it. She did do it.

We watched two videos of runners who went through struggling times but they never gave up or backed down from their dreams. Harry & Ellie.

What was the key message?

To not give up and always try your best.

The thing I will remember best is...

How much struggle the runners went through, but they showed determination and endurance.

How will you apply this to your life?

To stay positive and keep going.

How did you reflect/pray today?

We listened to a prayer at the end.
