Class 6 - Cockermouth field trip

Class: Miss A Pool - Buttermere Year: 2021 - 2022

Class 6 enjoyed their trip to Cockermouth today. Their first activity was sketching Cockermouth Castle. They then took part in some running and relay races. Our final activity was the flood tour. The children found out about the effects of the 2009 floods and explored the measures that have been put in place by the town to prevent it from being seriously flooded again.
