Class 4 visit to the Beacon

Class: Mrs Pickering - Bassenthwaite Year: 2021 - 2022

Class 4 enjoyed visiting Alan at the Beacon to round up our history work on the Romans.

We were able to answer lots of Alan's questions and show our understanding of some of the key events from the time. It was interesting to hear some other facts which were new to us, we especially enjoyed some of the gory ones! Some of us even volunteered to help with some of the explanations given... and they all survived ??
