We enjoyed a training sessions with some of the coaches from Whitehaven sharks rugby club today.
We wore tag belts and played games where we had to dodge our friends who were trying to take them from us. We practised passing in a line making sure the ball was always passed back and we were ready to catch when it was out turn.
