In our science lessons this half term we have been discussing the importance of eating a balanced diet and eating healthily. Today we explored food nutrition labels and the information provided by food packaging. The children hunted around the room looking for different foods and explored the nutrition in each item by looking closely at the nutrition label and deciding whether they were healthy or unhealthy choices.
