Class 4 Skills circuit - rugby
Class: Mrs Pickering - Bassenthwaite Year: 2021 - 2022
In our PE lesson this week we were looking at how a fitness circuit can be sport specific and the sport today was rugby.
We worked on different activities including : ball touch downs,weaving, squats, ball twists and zigzag touch down.
The activities gave us the opportunity to develop our leg strength, ball carrying, agility, flexibility, core strength and technique.
