Lesson: Physical education
Class: Miss L Pool - Windermere Year: 2022 - 2023
This half term in PE, we are doing Gymnastics. This week, we practiced a variety of different balances and positions - some that we even had to do in a pair. We discussed what muscles we were using as well as how to improve on our posture too. Some were quite difficult and some of us realised we were more flexible than we thought! We finished the session with some dodgeball practice too. ?
