Using ordnance survey maps

In our geography lesson we learnt about ordnance survey maps. We enjoyed exploring an ordnance survery map of West Cumbria and we used the key to identify different features and facilities found within the area.
We were shown how to work out a 4 figure grid reference and we found different places and buildings by using different grid references.
