Can lemons power a bulb?

Class: Miss A Pool - Buttermere Year: 2019 - 2020

After exploring the basic parts of a circuits we investigated whether or not a lemon would power a light bulb. We used lemons, copper pennies, nails, wires and a bulb to create a circuit.
Unfortunately we didn't make our bulbs light up today. We think the voltage in the bulb was to high for the lemons to power it. We had great investigating with circuits today.
