Derwentwater- Y5 English - Learning Together

Class: Mr Carruthers - Derwentwater Year: 2022 - 2023

In English, we have been writing a narrative based on a time traveller finding himself transported back to Ancient Egypt!

We wrote the opening two scenes, but then we were a little stuck for ideas of where to take the story - as often happens when writing stories.  

Today, we decided to work together and share ideas, by mapping out the story on a huge stretch of paper in the hall.  This helped us create and share ideas, move around to different sections of the story, as we learn and grow together.
