Today we worked on developing agility in sport. Our warm-up consisted of travelling around the hall in a variety of ways to music before quickly finding a hoop as the music stopped. We then went outside to work on an agility drill which resulted in shooting a basketball. This competitive exercise was great fun and worked our speed, accuracy and endurance as well as our agility.
